Logistics Specialist

Role Overview: You will be responsible for leading the logistics operations at ADOSPL, ensuring efficiency, timeliness, and cost-effectiveness. As the Assistant General Manager in Logistics, you will supervise logistics for civil construction projects, support business development efforts, manage tendering processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Lead daily logistics operations to ensure efficiency, timeliness, and cost-effectiveness. - Supervise logistics for civil construction projects, including transportation coordination, site needs management, and vendor supervision. - Support business development by identifying new logistics opportunities and partnerships. - Manage the tendering process, including documentation, bidding, compliance, and follow-up. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders for seamless logistics execution. - Analyze performance data, provide regular reports, and offer recommendations for improvement. - Travel to project sites or partner locations as required. Qualifications: - BBA or MBA in Logistics, Transportation, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. - 3-6 years of experience in the logistics domain. Skills & Competencies: - Strong communication skills in English and Hindi. - Solid understanding of the transportation and logistics sector. - Ability to multitask and lead cross-functional teams effectively. - Competency in handling tenders and business development processes. - Willingness to travel as per operational needs. - Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
