Role Overview

EXIM Manager

Key Responsibilities

✔ Manage complete EXIM cycle – pre & post-shipment

✔ Lead customs documentation: BL, Invoice, PL, COO, etc.

✔ Handle MOOWR and oversized cargo movement

✔ Coordinate with CHA, freight forwarders & customs authorities

✔ Plan multimodal logistics (Sea/Air/Road) for domestic & international shipments

✔ Negotiate with vendors & optimize logistics costs

✔ Ensure compliance with DGFT, Customs, GST & EXIM policies

✔ Maintain MIS, shipment trackers & performance dashboards

Required Skills & Experience

🔸 6–10 years in EXIM (Solar/Renewables/Heavy Equipment preferred)

🔸 Strong knowledge of MOOWR & oversized cargo movement

🔸 Hands-on with ERP/SAP, MS Office & documentation portals

🔸 Understanding of EPCG, MEIS/RODTEP, DGFT & customs regulations

🔸 Excellent communication, negotiation & stakeholder management
