Tender Management: Lead end-to-end tendering activities, including bid preparation, submission, and post bid clarifications. Review and interpret tender documents, technical specifications, and requirements. Preparation of documents required as per tender and required by the department / water boards of make approval / enlistment. Liaise with stakeholders to ensure compliance with tender conditions. 2.
