Roles & Responsibilities:-

1. Reconciliation & Settlement

Reconcile COD receivables from Franchise & Own XB centre's vs. actual COD shipments delivered.

Track pending remittances and raise disputes with Franchise & Own XB centre's.

Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly COD settlement reports.

Ensure Pan-India FNF settlement within 45 days (Reports & Tracker).

2. Monitoring & Meetings

Conduct daily meetings with zonal managers / state heads / clusters for COD pendency follow-up.

Identify and flag discrepancies (short payments, delays, missing entries).

Time-to-time updates to be circulated between Franchise & Own XB centre's.

3. Disputes & Risk Management

Handle disputes related to theft, manipulation, or fraud with support from CLT / Insurance / SLPV.

Identify COD-related risk factors and initiate preventive measures.

Experience in fraud detection, order validation, and risk control.

Compliance follow-up for COD defaulters: issue Franchise demand notices and take cases under Section 138.

4. Coordination & Communication

Coordinate with internal operations teams for smooth COD deposition.

Collaborate with OPS, Finance, and Legal teams for closure and compliance.

Strong communication for reporting fraud/risk findings to SLPV.

5. Tools & Skills

Knowledge of the COD Dashboard.

Proficiency in Excel for reporting & analysis.

Strong communication and coordination skills.
