Record all petty cash disbursements accurately and immediately in the cash book or system. Reconcile petty cash on a regular basis (daily/weekly/monthly). Prepare petty cash replenishment statements with supporting documents for approval. Maintain proper documentation of all petty cash vouchers and receipts. Ensure all expenses are supported with proper bills/invoices and approvals. Assist in preparing petty cash expense reports for management.
