Logistics Operations Executive

Profile Overview

Key Responsibilities:

For Executive (02 years):

• Manage daily logistics operations including pickup, transit, and delivery.
• Coordinate with courier partners, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Track shipments and handle escalations with timely resolutions.
• Monitor SLA, TAT, and prepare daily/weekly MIS reports.
• Support planning and process improvement initiatives.
  

For Senior Executive (2–4 years):

• Oversee and guide executives in day-to-day operations.
• Manage vendor performance and ensure operational KPIs are met.
• Coordinate with management on process enhancements and service delivery improvements.
• Prepare and review analytical reports for performance tracking.

Key Competencies & Requirements:

Experience:

• Executive: 1–2 years in logistics or supply chain operations.
• Senior Executive: 2–4 years of relevant experience with team-handling exposure.
