Logistics Operations Executive

As a Logistics Operations Executive, your role involves coordinating effectively between drivers and customers by providing timely and accurate updates on truck status. You will be responsible for maintaining transparency and seamless collaboration within the operations team. During peak shipment days, it is crucial for you to stay attentive and proactive to handle time-sensitive tasks. Additionally, you may need to visit customer locations for LR (Lorry Receipt) preparation, document pickup, or bill submission. It is expected that you take full ownership of your assigned responsibilities and ensure that commitments are met without the need for follow-up. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate effectively between drivers and customers - Maintain transparency and collaboration within the operations team - Handle time-sensitive tasks during peak shipment days - Visit customer locations for LR preparation, document pickup, or bill submission - Take full ownership of assigned responsibilities Qualifications Required: - Educational Qualification: Any relevant degree will be considered - Strong communication skills in Tamil are required; basic proficiency in English is sufficient - Basic spoken Hindi is required for managing Pan-India logistics operations - Understanding of logistics operations, particularly vehicle tracking and documentation - Strong sense of accountability and attention to detail - Ability to work under pressure during peak times - Willingness to take initiative and support the team as needed You will be working in Thottipalayam Pirivu / Neelambur, Coimbatore on a Full-time, Permanent basis.
