Key Responsibilities

• In this role, you will be responsible for arranging timely, secure, and cost-effective deliveries of products and materials according to agreed guidelines.
• Internal Kick off with project team and periodic review with projects , purchase and production.
• Project Manufacturing planning.
• Maintaining the production plan , follow up and review with project teams. Adjust schedules to accommodate backlogs, design changes, and material or labor shortages.
• Evaluate production specifications, understanding BOM and drawings
• Prepare work orders for production or purchase requests in line with production schedules.
• Keep track of milestone dates and follow up internal and external contacts.
• Monitor production activities, follow up and review with other manufacturing partners .
• Inventory review, material planning and generate indent to ensure material flow to meet production requirements.
• Work closely with sales order booking , Projects , Purchase, Projects commercial , , Accounts and extend support to obtain the permits, licenses, and certificates required for customs clearance.
• Ontime preparation of MIS Reports
• Keeping track and maintaining KPI records
• Highly sensitive to HSE practices and work closely with HSE organization.
  

Candidate Profile

• A collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills.
• A proactive approach with strong attention to detail.
• Must be able to communicate clearly and promptly, follow up on issues until resolution, and effectively utilize collocated resources, other offices, or consult with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) when required.
• Should demonstrate good hindsight skills to identify learning needs, draw lessons from past issues, and implement best practices.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Microsoft Teams is essential.
• Strong written and spoken English communication is mandatory.
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree or PG in a relevant field preferred. Experience of 3-5 years in a project coordination, execution, and production role, preferably in the Energy, Pulp & Paper sector with knowledge of Distributed Control System.
