Duties

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies that align with organizational goals.
• Manage logistics operations, ensuring timely delivery of products and services.
• Oversee inventory management processes to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Utilize ERP systems such as SAP ERP and Oracle EBS for effective supply chain management.
• Conduct root cause analysis to identify issues in the supply chain and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance production planning and demand forecasting.
• Apply Lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies to improve efficiency.
• Analyze supply chain data using tools like Tableau, Power BI, and SQL for informed decision-making.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Kaizen principles to enhance operational performance.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in logistics and supply chain management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in logistics and supply chain management roles.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control, procurement, and demand planning processes.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle EBS) and supply chain analytics tools (Tableau, Power BI).
• Familiarity with Lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma methodologies, and process improvement techniques.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively across teams.
