As a Supply Chain Manager in the electrical site field, you play a crucial role in ensuring the timely delivery of materials, managing inventory, and optimizing logistics. Key Responsibilities: - Procurement: Source and procure materials, equipment, and services required for electrical projects - Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, track stock, and optimize storage - Logistics & Transportation: Coordinate transportation, delivery, and installation of equipment and materials - Supplier Management: Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance - Project Coordination: Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution - Cost Control: Manage costs, identify savings opportunities, and optimize supply chain processes - Risk Management: Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, such as delays, shortages, or quality issues Required Skills: - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Knowledge of supply chain principles, practices, and regulations - Experience with electrical industry and site operations - Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools Industry-Specific Challenges: - Managing complex electrical equipment and materials - Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards - Coordinating with multiple stakeholders, including contractors, suppliers, and project teams Benefits: - Health insurance - Provident Fund Work Location: In person As a Supply Chain Manager in the electrical site field, you play a crucial role in ensuring the timely delivery of materials, managing inventory, and optimizing logistics.
