Job Summary:
The Logistics Controller is responsible for managing and monitoring the movement of materials in and out of the organization. The role ensures accurate tracking, timely availability of materials, and effective coordination with internal teams and external suppliers to support smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and control the inflow and outflow of materials in the warehouse or production facility.
• Maintain accurate records of material receipts, dispatches, and inventory levels.
• Coordinate with procurement, production, and dispatch teams to ensure timely availability and delivery of materials.
• Track material movements and generate daily/weekly/monthly reports for management.
• Identify discrepancies in material movement and take corrective actions promptly.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations during material handling.
• Assist in optimizing warehouse space and material storage systems.
• Support audits and inventory checks as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Proven experience in logistics, warehouse management, or material control.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in inventory management systems and MS Office (Excel, Word).
• Attention to detail and accuracy in reporting.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
