1. Logistics & Daily Operations ·        Arrange vehicles for day-to-day dispatch and operational requirements. ·        Coordinate with the plant for material readiness and dispatch scheduling. ·        Ensure all dispatch and logistics documentation is accurately maintained. ·        Liaise with Bhiwandi warehouse staff for routine operational needs. 2. Order & Inventory Management ·        Maintain records of pending orders and ensure their timely fulfilment. ·        Work with the distillation department to sell or clear old stock. ·        Manage pallet stock and coordinate the sale of used drums. ·        Procure new drums based on operational requirements. 3. Quality Control & Compliance ·        Coordinate with the laboratory for testing reports on various product parameters. ·        Create and regularly update Certificates of Analysis (CoA) for materials. ·        Ensure compliance with CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions) protocols for any escalations or rejections. ·        Handle client communication and resolution processes for rejected materials. 4. Documentation & Reporting ·        Generate ASN (Advanced Shipping Notice) and update documents in client portals. ·        Prepare and manage all packaging-related stickers (intact, normal, etc.). ·        Maintain organized records of all logistics and warehouse-related documentation and expenses. 5. Financial & Expense Management ·        Review and verify expenses submitted by Bhiwandi warehouse staff. ·        Cross-check transportation bills related to drum loading. ·        Track and maintain records of overtime and night visits for warehouse personnel. 6. Dispatch & Material Handling ·        Arrange all materials necessary for dispatch, including pallets, drums, vehicles, seals, and stickers. ·        Collaborate with the office team and warehouse staff to ensure smooth dispatch execution. 7. Packaging Seals Procurement ·        Source and purchase all types of seals required for packaging and dispatch. ·        Ensure adequate availability of seals based on operational needs.     8. Channel Partner Coordination ·        Follow up with channel partners for billing and logistics matters. ·        Ensure timely collection of bills, e-way bills, weight slips, and inward/outward material movement documentation.
