LOGIC ERP - Implementation Support Consultant

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to understand business workflows, pain points, and requirements.
• Conduct gap analysis between client requirements and LOGIC ERP capabilities.
• Document requirements and prepare functional specifications for ERP configuration.
  

ERP Implementation & Configuration

• Configure LOGIC ERP Product Suites as per client business processes.
• Customize modules and parameters to align with organizational needs.
• Coordinate with senior product experts for advanced or complex configurations.
• Conduct testing (UAT, integration testing) to ensure accurate & Customer Support :
• Deliver end-user training sessions for clients to maximize ERP utilization.
• Provide post-implementation support and resolve customer queries (functional & technical).
• Troubleshoot ERP-related issues and escalate to senior experts when required.
• Create user manuals, FAQs, and training documentation.
  

Project Coordination & Delivery

• Implement ERP solutions as per defined methodology, timelines, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with internal teams (development, QA, product) for issue resolution.
• Track implementation progress and report status updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure client satisfaction and build long-term relationships through proactive support.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in ERP implementation, application support, or business analysis.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems (experience with LOGIC ERP is an advantage).
• Proficiency in SQL and ability to perform basic database queries.
• Understanding of finance, retail, supply chain, or manufacturing workflows.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication with ability to interact with clients.
• Ability to manage multiple implementations Qualifications :
• Prior experience with LOGIC ERP or similar ERP platforms.
• Basic scripting/programming knowledge for ERP customization.
• Familiarity with ITIL practices for support and incident management.
• Exposure to cloud-based ERP solutions.
