Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., ERP certification) is a plus. Job Requirements (Required Skills & Qualifications) 6 to 10 years of experience in ERP implementation and support roles. Proven experience in ERP Implementation and Support specifically at Educational institutions (college or university). Experience with implementing modules such as Education Administration, Human Resources (HR), Finance, and Payroll within an ERP system. Strong Analytical Ability to understand and map complex workflows within educational institutions. Basic understanding in programming languages such as OOPS, JAVA, PHP (indicating technical knowledge). Ability to plan and execute technical deployment tasks like database conversions and system provisioning.
