Job Description

We are looking for a skilled LMS Admin to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience with Cornerstone LMS Administration, including assigning training, creating and updating curricula, managing sessions using advanced functionality, and adding/maintaining training history records.

Roles and Responsibility

Assign training and create engaging learning experiences for users.
Develop and update curricula to meet evolving learning needs.
Manage sessions using advanced functionality to enhance user engagement.
Maintain accurate training history records for seamless tracking.
Troubleshoot issues with eLearning Modules (SCORM, AICC) to minimize downtime.
Provide exceptional customer service to support a global user base professionally.

Job Requirements

Strong experience with Cornerstone LMS Administration, including at least 3 years.
Experience using ServiceNow or similar ticketing/workflow systems is preferred.
Familiarity with reporting and analytics tools to generate LMS reports and dashboard views.
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Data Science, Information Technology, Quality Management, or equivalent.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with strong problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills to provide professional support to a global user base.
