LinkedIn Cold Outreach Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, research, and connect with potential prospects on LinkedIn.
• Develop and execute personalized

• Collaborate with the sales team to define target personas and outreach strategies.
• Track and manage outreach campaigns using CRM and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

• Stay updated with LinkedIn algorithms, outreach best practices, and compliance guidelines.
  

Requirements

• Minimum

  2 years of proven experience

  in LinkedIn lead generation or cold outreach (preferably in IT sales).
• Strong knowledge of

  LinkedIn Sales Navigator

  and other outreach/automation tools.
• Excellent communication and persuasive writing skills.
• Ability to craft personalized, high-response messaging sequences.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Experience in

  B2B IT services/products

  sales outreach.
• Familiarity with CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
  

Must Have Skills

• Experience running LinkedIn campaigns targeting

  international markets
