We are seeking a dynamic and visionary sales leader to join our Light Commercial & Enterprise Business Unit (BU) in Mumbai, India. As a key member of our team, you will drive strategic growth, develop innovative sales strategies, and maximize profitability for our light commercial and enterprise segments.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve growth targets and expand market share in the light commercial and enterprise sectors
  • Lead and inspire a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence
  • Analyze market trends, identify new business opportunities, and make data-driven decisions to capitalize on them
  • Oversee financial performance, including sales forecasting, budgeting, and P&L management for the BU
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders in Mumbai and surrounding regions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of BU sales goals with overall organizational objectives
  • Drive product and service innovation to meet evolving customer needs in the light commercial and enterprise sectors
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and high-level client meetings
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to senior management
  • Travel within Mumbai and surrounding areas as required for business development and client management

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in commercial or enterprise business sectors, with a proven track record in sales leadership
  • Strong strategic planning and execution skills, with the ability to translate vision into actionable sales plans
  • Excellent business development and client relationship management capabilities
  • Demonstrated financial acumen, including experience in sales forecasting, budgeting, and P&L management
  • In-depth knowledge of light commercial and enterprise markets, including industry trends and competitive landscape
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing sales teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, sales analytics tools, and relevant business software
  • Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Experience in developing and implementing successful sales strategies
  • Familiarity with local business practices and regulations in Navi Mumbai and surrounding regions
  • Willingness to travel within Navi Mumbai and surrounding areas for client meetings and business development
