Light Commercial & Enterprise BU - Key Accounts

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to join our Light Commercial & Enterprise Business Unit as a Key Accounts Manager in Mumbai, India. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing and growing strategic relationships with our most valuable clients in the light commercial and enterprise sectors.

• Develop and execute account strategies to maximize revenue growth and client satisfaction
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within assigned accounts
• Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and expand the company's footprint
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform account strategies
• Negotiate complex contracts and agreements to secure long-term partnerships
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to C-level executives
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators for assigned accounts
• Serve as the primary point of contact for escalations and issue resolution

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in key account management or enterprise sales
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment
• Strong understanding of light commercial and enterprise business sectors
• Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Proficiency in CRM software and financial analysis tools
• Outstanding presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to think strategically and develop long-term account plans
• Experience working in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
• Willingness to travel as required to meet client needs
• Knowledge of industry trends and market dynamics in the light commercial and enterprise spaces
