Job Description

Role and Title: Executive Liaison and Coordination

Location: Gurugram/ Noida

Experience Required: 1-5 Years

Domain and Industry: Real Estate Developments only

Liaison Officer (Male) with 1 yrs exp in Gurugram/ Noida

Key Job Role and Responsibilities:

Coordinate and
follow up with government departments, authorities, and consultants for project approvals and compliances.
Prepare and maintain documentation
related to RERA, DTCP, and HUDA regulations.
Draft and respond to official letters, notices, and correspondence promptly and professionally.
Maintain
liaison with municipal, environmental, and legal authorities for smooth project executio
n.
Support the
project team in preparing regulatory submissions and maintain filing records.
Use
AutoCAD for preparing and reviewing layout plans or compliance drawings.
Prepare
periodic reports on approval status and compliance progress.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Minimum
2 year of experience in real estate liaison or compliance roles.
Sound knowledge of
RERA, DTCP, and HUDA laws and procedures.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic knowledge of AutoCAD is mandatory.
Excellent drafting and communication skills in English and Hindi.
Strong coordination, documentation, and follow-up abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

Graduate in relevant discipline.
Prior
exposure to large-scale residential or commercial Real Estate projects.
