About The Role This role is within Life & Health Re BLR unit to provide necessary support various teams for their various projects and tasks. This role will be directly reporting to one of the senior leaders within L&H Re BLR setup. The primary responsibility includes following:- Program Management Support: Providing PMO support to various initiatives/ projects within L&H Re; Support in maintaining a record of documentation of various initiatives/ projects; Operational Support: Support teams on ad-hoc operational tasks i.e. AML Alerts resolution, KPI reporting, mailbox clearing coordination; Management Assistant: Administrative support to Senior Vice President (s) based in Bangalore. The job includes all secretarial functions - Calendar & Mail Management, meeting arrangements, other delegated responsibilities, coordination, travel arrangements, restaurant reservations and meal coordination Manage the correspondence and communication to L&H Re Bangalore - includes proper documentation, filing and retrieval of data Preparation of minutes of meetings as per requirements Preparation of reports, MIS, PPT decks and other forms of presentations for internal and external meetings/attendees Organize logistics and support for internal events, seminars and workshops Manage visitors & their engagements Responsible for community initiatives and engagement for the business unit Acting as point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners. Ensure compliance with company policies and protocols, showcasing your dedication. About You Essentials Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferred Minimum 3-4 years of working experience in administration A confident, assertive communicator who is not afraid to disagree respectfully and steer when needed. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with impeccable attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a large team environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office Package (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and collaboration tools (e.g., Teams,). High level of professionalism and ability to maintain discretion. Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Ability to maintain high performance and effectiveness under pressure.
