Job Description:
You are Responsible for
> Coordination with Stakeholders like real estate team, Legal, HRBP/HR compliance team for
support required in procurement of License and permits.
> Drive operational metrics efficiently in sync with all internal and external stakeholders.
> Screening of documents received from stakeholders to apply Licenses.
> Monitoring day to day activities on License requirements and applying Licenses based on
requirements.
> Creating research document for applying License.
> Coordination with external stakeholders like TPI
> Conducting Payment analysis for making Payment of Licenses.
> Exchange of Mail communication with TPI and stakeholders for various updates.
> Visiting site, coordinating with operation team and verifying Licenses Conditions at site.
Helping & Guiding stakeholders to maintain compliance requirements.
> Constant interaction with the field team and the central team on underlying documents and
information.
> Operating L&P tool like FCM , FCM and maintaining database
To succeed in this role – you should have the following
The License and Permits team is responsible for procuring licenses and permits for all
establishments in accordance with legal guidance and the applicable state and central laws.
They also conduct research on new licenses and ensure compliance with all relevant laws.
Additionally, they keep the business team updated on the implications of new regulatory
changes.
Mandatory Skills :Excel Report Preparation, Data management skill, Stakeholder Engagement
Desirable Skills :Communication Skills, Letter drafting , Agreements
