Job Purpose : We are seeking an experienced and skilled litigation professional to join our legal team as a Manager. The candidate must have extensive experience in managing consumer, civil, criminal, quasi-criminal matters, and writ-petitions. This role requires strong expertise in managing litigation (including the procedures thereof), HR-related legal issues and regulatory compliance. In addition, the candidate must have exposure of drafting/reviewing and negotiating general business contracts. Intellectual Property (IP) - Managing the IP portfolio of the company and liaising with the firms for IP applications and prosecution. Handling Unruly Pax Complaints: Managing the airline unruly passenger matters and acting as the anchor for the committee for timely closure of these complaints. Contracts - Responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a broad range of general business contracts, including relating to airport offices space agreement, employment contracts, master services agreement, NDAs, vendor contracts, sales and distribution contracts, etc. SOPs - Formulation of standard operating procedures / manuals / checklists for legal processes and ensuring continuous improvements in the same Qualification : B.A. LL.B from a recognized college/university Experience: Between 10-12 years of post-qualification experience
