We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to drive the growth of our business by identifying new market opportunities, developing relationships with potential clients, and closing high-value deals. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the sales process, excel at generating leads, building relationships, and achieving targets. Education: minimum 12 pass Salary for intern (fresher): salary from 3000 For minimum 1 year experience: staring from 25000 ( may vary if more you have more experience) Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, cold calling, and digital outreach (LinkedIn, email campaigns, etc.) Client Relationship Management: Establish, develop, and maintain positive client relationships to understand client needs and propose relevant solutions. Sales Pitch & Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals tailored to client requirements. Follow-up & Conversion: Follow up with leads consistently and close deals effectively to achieve sales targets. Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer needs to fine-tune business strategies. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align on campaigns, promotional materials, and feedback from the market. CRM & Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all leads, opportunities, and interactions in the CRM system. Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
