Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Intern located in Dehradun. The Human Resources Intern will assist in the daily operations of the HR department, including recruitment, employee relations, and implementation of HR policies. The intern will also support the management of employee benefits, personnel management, and documentation. This role offers the opportunity to learn and gain experience in various HR functions within a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• Knowledge in Human Resources (HR), HR Management, and HR Policies
• Understanding of Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software is a plus
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
