Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Intern, located in Panipat. The Human Resources Intern will assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, manage day-to-day personnel activities, and support employee benefit administration. Additional tasks include collaborating with team members on HR management processes, maintaining compliance with organizational standards, and providing general support for HR operations.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) processes and HR Management
• Understanding of HR Policies and Employee Benefits administration
• Experience or knowledge in Personnel Management
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
