Role: HR Intern Are you passionate about people, teamwork, and creating a productive work culture? We’re seeking dedicated and proactive HR Interns to support our Human Resources team in both daily operations and strategic HR initiatives. This internship is a valuable opportunity to gain practical experience and contribute meaningfully to impactful projects. Key Responsibilities: Manage an assigned department and coordinate with the respective team. Assist with recruitment processes, including intern screening and onboarding. Handle essential documentation, including offer letters, certificates, and Letters of Recommendation (LORs). Track daily tasks, updates, and attendance of interns. Conduct orientation sessions, assign work, and resolve queries. Support and contribute to HR initiatives and team meetings. Who Can Apply: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented, with the ability to handle confidential information responsibly. Proficient in Google Workspace or MS Office tools. Self-driven and reliable, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment. Must be committed to the full 2-month internship duration. Should not be engaged in any other internship or part-time role during this period. Positive attitude and willingness to take initiative and lead.
