As an Executive/ Trainee in Contract Management Services at Vyapi, your role involves assisting in various contract management tasks with a focus on legal compliance and efficient workflow. You will play a key role in supporting the contract review process, legal research, and drafting activities. Additionally, you will assist in leveraging GenAI and LLM tools for contract analysis and summarization. Your responsibilities will include organizing and maintaining contract documentation, contributing to AI-powered workflows for contract automation, and preparing reports using AI-driven insights. Collaboration with team members and adherence to established workflows and procedures will be essential in ensuring the quality and timely delivery of tasks.
