Job Overview Description: Sr Associate - Client Services| Department: Client Services Delivery| Qualification: LLB/ LLM| Experience: 3 - 6 years | Reports to: Sr manager – Client Services | Work Location: Bangalore. Role Summary: As a Senior Associate in the Client Services Delivery Team, you will play a critical role in executing client projects related to Vyapi’s offerings, with a focus on Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platforms and prompt engineering. You will act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring successful project delivery, process alignment, and client satisfaction. This role requires strong problem-solving, communication, and project management skills, along with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively. Scope of work Manage end-to-end delivery of client projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, development, and support, to ensure seamless execution of projects. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the delivery phase, addressing queries and ensuring alignment on project scope. Lead requirement-gathering sessions, document client needs, and translate them into actionable deliverables. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies as required. Drive the adoption and implementation of GenAI, LLM tools, and Prompt Engineering Methodologies as part of project solutions. Prepare and present project updates, reports, and performance metrics to clients and internal stakeholders. Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in delivery management, preferably in legal tech, contract management, or similar industries. Proven expertise in managing Client-Facing Projects with multiple stakeholders. Strong understanding of Contract Management Processes and associated technologies, including CLM platforms. Proven experience in implementing or managing projects related to CLM platforms (e.g., Agiloft, Ironclad, Icertis, etc.) Hands-on experience with Project Management tools and techniques. Exposure to GenAI, LLM tools, and Prompt Engineering Methodologies will be an advantage. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
