Key Responsibilities Process Coordination Coordinate end-to-end logistics and supply chain operations. Monitor daily workflows and ensure all procedures are followed as per SOPs. Manage documentation flow between departments, vendors, clients, and government authorities. Team Communication Act as the central point of coordination among departments such as documentation, transport, accounts, and customer service. Ensure that all teams are updated with real-time status of shipments and pending tasks. Conduct daily follow-ups and team huddles to review progress and resolve bottlenecks. Shipment Tracking & Scheduling Track incoming and outgoing shipments using ERP/TMS systems. Coordinate with freight forwarders, transporters, and customs agents. Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of goods. Documentation Management Handle preparation, verification, and submission of shipping documents (invoice, packing list, BOE, BL, etc.). Ensure proper documentation as per customs and regulatory requirements. Stakeholder Communication Act as the main point of contact between internal teams and external agencies (shipping lines, transporters, customs brokers). Update clients on shipment status, delays, and required compliance. Data Entry & System Updates Maintain accurate records in logistics software or Excel/ERP. Update job status, vessel arrival, IGM, DPD status, etc., regularly. Compliance & Quality Control Ensure that operations comply with company policies and government regulations. Identify process gaps and suggest improvements for efficiency. Coordination with Customs & Port Authorities Follow up for IGM filing, HBL/MBL clarification, and DPD movement. Coordinate on container movement and timely clearance.
