Job Description

Position Summary

We are seeking a Legal Intern to support the legal team with day-to-day activities, including legal research, drafting documents, and case preparation.This internship provides an excellent opportunity for law students to gain practical, hands-on experience in a dynamic corporate legal environment.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct legal research and summarize findings on various topics
Draft and edit contracts, legal memoranda, and corporate legal documents
Assist in case file organization, document review, and due diligence
Attend meetings, hearings, or depositions and take detailed notes (as applicable)
Monitor legal and regulatory developments relevant to the organization
Maintain and update legal databases and filing systems
Perform administrative tasks in support of the legal department as needed

Qualifications

Current enrollment in an accredited law school (1L, 2L, or 3L preferred)
Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal research platforms (eg, LexisNexis, Westlaw
