We’re Hiring: Legal Intern

Location: New Delhi | Immediate Joining Preferred | Hybrid | 3 Months

hands-on litigation and corporate drafting experience

What You’ll Do:

1. Assist in legal drafting including notices, agreements, commercial contracts, and pleadings.
2. Support case filings across commercial courts, 138 NI Act matters, and recovery suits.
3. Conduct legal research, prepare case notes, and maintain documentation.
4. Coordinate with clients for regular updates, clarifications, and follow-ups.
5. Prepare internal reports, trackers, and case summaries for senior management.
6. Draft responses, applications, and supporting documents for ongoing disputes.
7. Liaise with external counsels and ensure timely filing & compliance.
8. Contribute to process improvement for legal operations and dispute resolution.

What We’re Looking For:

• Law students in their

  4th/5th year (BALLB)

  or

  2nd/3rd year (LLB)

  .
• Strong drafting skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn, take ownership, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and a professional approach with clients.
• Prior exposure to litigation/commercial matters is a plus.
