Capital and Partnership Lead

As our Capital Formation Lead, you will be the driving force behind building India’s litigation finance asset class.

•Build pipeline of 25+ HNIs/family offices + 5 private credit funds.

•Secure ₹50–100 Cr in soft commitments.

•Close first ₹25 Cr SPV/pool for deployment.

Ideal Candidate

• 7–15 years’ experience in private credit, AIF fundraising, special situations, or structured finance.

• Proven track record of raising ₹100 Cr+ across alternative investments.

• Deep network with HNIs, family offices, and wealth managers.

• Relationship-driven, credible, and carries weight in investor meetings.

• Strong understanding of SPV, NBFC, AIF structures (beyond vanilla fundraising).

• Entrepreneurial mindset, excited to evangelize a new, high-growth asset class.
