Lead Generation & Conversion: Identify potential leads, conduct persuasive outreach, and adeptly handle objections to drive policy sales. Customer Education: Guide users on loan resolution strategies, methods to halt harassment calls, and steps for credit score correction. CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date entries in our CRM system, ensuring seamless tracking of customer interactions. Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed sales conversion targets, contributing to the team's overall success. What We're Looking For: Experience: 1-2 year in loan or cross-sell products, preferably in tele-loan sales or financial recovery. Knowledge: Solid understanding of CIBIL reports, defaults, settlements, and fundamental credit behaviors. Skills: Exceptional communication abilities coupled with a self-motivated and proactive attitude.
