Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Legal Receivable Officer to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 1-5 years of experience in the BFSI industry. Roles and Responsibility Manage and oversee the legal receivables process, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Develop and implement effective strategies to minimize legal risks and maximize recoveries. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve disputes and negotiate settlements. Analyze and interpret complex legal documents and contracts to identify potential issues. Provide expert guidance on legal matters related to receivables and collections. Ensure timely and accurate reporting of legal activities and outcomes. Job Requirements Strong knowledge of legal principles and practices applicable to receivables and collections. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to interpret complex information. Effective communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards related to BFSI. Proficiency in using legal software and systems to manage and analyze data.
