Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Legal Receivable Officer to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. The ideal candidate will have 2 years of experience in the BFSI industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and oversee legal receivables, ensuring timely payments and resolving disputes.
Develop and implement effective strategies to improve cash flow and reduce bad debts.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Analyze financial data and provide insights to senior management on trends and areas for improvement.
Ensure all legal transactions are accurately recorded and maintained.
Provide excellent customer service to clients and stakeholders.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of legal principles and practices related to receivables.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships.
Proficiency in financial software and systems with strong technical skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
