About The Role

We are looking for an experienced

Manager – Legal Administration

to lead and oversee legal operations and entity management processes. This role involves managing a team, handling entity-related documentation, legal billing, compliance filings, and supporting global legal functions with accurate and timely deliverables.Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee all legal administration processes and ensure smooth execution.
  • Manage entity administration, including database updates, entity formations, closures, and qualifications.
  • Draft and edit standard legal documents as required.
  • Handle legal billing processes across multiple regions; manage invoice processing, reconciliations, approvals, and reporting.
  • Prepare, compile, and maintain legal memos, organizational charts, filings, and compliance reports.
  • Track, prepare, and submit annual report filings and franchise tax filings across jurisdictions.
  • Respond to due diligence requests by global counterparties and manage confidential information.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on entity structures, signatory authorities, and documentation protocols.
  • Implement and manage new legal administration processes and projects in collaboration with global teams.
  • Provide people management, mentoring, and leadership to the Legal Admin team, ensuring high-quality, timely delivery of outputs.
Must-Haves
  • Graduate in Business Administration/Management or related field.
  • 5–10 years of experience in legal administration, business operations, or compliance support.
  • Proven team management experience (managing at least 3 members).
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Project management exposure with experience handling end-to-end deliverables.
  • Job stability (minimum 2 years tenure in past organizations).
  • No gaps in education or employment.
