Handle registration process with the help of empanelled lawyer. To make sure all the post disbursement documents are tracked and sent to HO. Verification of legal documents and disbursement trigger to be initiated. Responsible to train branch team on legal documents Enplanement of lawyers and vendors for execution o registration & search reports. Desired Experience Number of years of experience (02-05 Years) Type of companies/sector worked for(Private commercial banks and large NBFCs /Housing finance companies) Responsibilities managed in the previous organizations(Primarily Should be responsible for pre opinion of the legal documents for an eligibility of Housing & LAP product.) Languages (Hindi/English/Local language) Computer/technical skills (Basic Computer Knowledge) Qualifications Graduation(LLB) Post-graduationIf any would be an added advantage Professional QualificationsIf any would be an added advantage Certifications
