We are seeking a dynamic Legal Consultant to oversee legal compliance, litigation management, and client interaction while supporting product development at Casemine. This role will require close collaboration with internal teams to ensure that our products and services adhere to regulatory frameworks, industry standards, and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

Legal Compliance & In-House Functions

• Ensure compliance of Casemine’s products and services with applicable regulations, industry standards, and internal policies.
• Draft, review, and negotiate legal agreements, vendor contracts, and component arrangements.
• Manage and track ongoing litigation and monitor the status of cases where Casemine is a party.
• Act as the Point of Contact (POC) for all external legal bodies, law firms, regulators, and institutions where Casemine is concerned.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, operations) to implement policies and processes aligned with legal requirements.
• Evaluate and interpret the impact of foreign laws on company operations where applicable.

Client Interaction & Product Demonstrations

• Engage with clients to understand their legal and compliance needs.
• Conduct product demonstrations, explaining Casemine’s features and benefits while addressing client inquiries effectively.
• Provide ongoing support to clients through phone, email, and messaging to resolve product-related legal queries.

Product Testing & Development Support

• Participate in testing and quality assurance of new Casemine features before rollout to ensure compliance and mitigate legal risks.
• Provide legal insights during product design and development stages to pre-empt regulatory or contractual issues.

Legal Research & Knowledge Development

• Stay updated on legal developments, regulatory changes, and trends in legal technology.
• Conduct in-depth legal research to support company strategies and product innovation.
• Contribute to internal knowledge sharing on compliance and litigation matters.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law (LL.B./LL.M.).
• 2–4 years of experience in legal compliance, in-house legal roles, or technology/product companies.
• Strong knowledge of corporate, contract, and regulatory law; exposure to foreign law is an advantage.
• Excellent research, drafting, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple litigations and act as liaison with external stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage directly with clients.
• Tech-savvy with interest in legal technology, product testing, and innovation.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per month
