Legal Consultant

As a Legal Consultant at Casemine, you will play a crucial role in overseeing legal compliance, litigation management, and client interaction while supporting product development. Your responsibilities will include: - Ensure compliance of Casemine's products and services with regulations, industry standards, and internal policies. - Draft, review, and negotiate legal agreements, vendor contracts, and component arrangements. - Manage ongoing litigation and monitor cases where Casemine is involved. - Act as the Point of Contact for external legal bodies, law firms, regulators, and institutions. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement policies aligned with legal requirements. - Engage with clients to understand their legal and compliance needs. - Conduct product demonstrations and provide ongoing support to clients. - Participate in testing new features to ensure compliance and provide legal insights during product development. - Stay updated on legal developments, conduct legal research, and contribute to internal knowledge sharing. Qualifications and Skills: - Bachelors or Masters degree in Law (LL.B./LL.M.). - 2-4 years of experience in legal compliance, in-house legal roles, or technology/product companies. - Strong knowledge of corporate, contract, and regulatory law; exposure to foreign law is an advantage. - Excellent research, drafting, and negotiation skills. - Ability to manage multiple litigations and engage directly with clients. - Tech-savvy with an interest in legal technology and innovation.
