About Casemine: Casemine is a leading legal research platform that leverages cutting-edge technology to provide legal professionals with in-depth insights, case studies, and precedents to help them win cases with precision. As part of our expansion, we are looking for a dynamic and driven Customer Relationship Manager to join our team and enhance our relationships with existing and new clients, while also actively participating in business growth initiatives.

Position Overview: We are seeking someone who is passionate about customer engagement and sales, especially within the legal profession. They will play a key role in ensuring that our legal clients (including advocates, law firms, and other legal professionals) are fully onboarded, continuously supported, and fully utilizing the features of the Casemine platform. Additionally, this role will involve pitching the platform to new potential clients, maintaining strong relationships, and ensuring the continued growth of Casemine's presence in the legal sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing clients (advocates, legal professionals, and law firms).
  • Proactively reach out to existing clients to ensure their continued engagement with the Casemine platform and address any concerns they may have.
  • Understand the unique needs of each client and provide personalized support to enhance their user experience on the platform.
  • Client Onboarding:
  • Oversee the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and providing necessary training on how to effectively use the Casemine platform.
  • Ensure new clients have a seamless introduction to the platform’s features and services.
  • Sales and Lead Generation:
  • Actively pitch and demonstrate the Casemine platform to potential clients, including advocates, lawyers, law firms, and other legal professionals.
  • Cultivate new leads by networking, attending legal events, conferences, and meetings, and following up on leads.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations to introduce the platform's benefits, driving interest and conversion of leads into active clients.
  • Retention and Upselling:
  • Work closely with existing clients to ensure satisfaction, engagement, and renewals, and explore opportunities to upsell additional services/features.
  • Identify potential areas for improvement and work collaboratively with internal teams to refine the platform based on user feedback.
  • Advocate and Legal Professional Networking:
  • Meet with key advocates, lawyers, and other legal professionals to build relationships, understand their needs, and effectively pitch Casemine as a tool for their practice.
  • Participate in legal events, conferences, and other networking opportunities to increase brand awareness and identify growth opportunities.
  • Reporting & Feedback:
  • Regularly track and report on client satisfaction levels, onboarding progress, and sales performance.
  • Collect valuable feedback from clients to help improve the platform and overall service offering.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Law, or a related field.
  • 0-1 years of experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in the legal or technology sector.
  • Strong interest and knowledge in legal practices, particularly in relation to legal research, and how technology can enhance the practice.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with legal professionals.
  • Experience in sales, with a track record of successfully onboarding clients and growing business relationships.
  • Strong understanding of CRM tools and client management best practices.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable with a results-driven environment.
  • Knowledge of legal software platforms is a plus.

Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
