1. Execution and registration of Leave and License Agreement/ Leasing Agreements
2. Drafting/vetting and closure of routine nature contracts, term sheets, addendum for vendors, Kisok operators, tenants, licensees, events etc.
3. To complete Due Diligence process with Tenant/Licensee. To co-ordinate for requirement of statutory documents by Tenant/Licensee
4. To complete close Notices, letters, communications, declarations, NOC, replies and related legal documents for routine nature, specifically for show cause notice, breach notice and money recovery notice.
5. Co-ordination role for Legal matters in any court of Law, specifically relating to civil court matters
6. To get details, from Retailers/Tenants/Licensee, for the Sales Report and Revenue Share related requirements, within the terms of the Agreement.
