Legal Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and manage

  legal documents

  , agreements, notices, settlement letters, and official correspondences in

  English and Hindi

  .
• Liaise with

  banks, customers, government authorities, RERA

  , and other stakeholders.
• Coordinate and assist external

  lawyers

  for all legal cases and litigation matters.

• Manage case dates, track proceedings, and represent the company in cases when required.

• Handle mediations

  , draft settlement terms, and support dispute resolution.
• Meet relevant

  authorities

  to obtain approvals, permissions, and orders.
• Maintain organized records of legal documents and case-related updates.
  

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B) or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of

  Indian legal procedures

  , RERA regulations, and real estate/commercial laws.
• Excellent

  drafting and communication skills

  in Hindi and English.
• Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and handle sensitive matters with discretion.
