Role Overview :

U.S. commercial real estate

Responsibilities:

• Draft and review purchase & sale agreements, REAs/OEAs, leases, licenses, title and survey matters.
• Prepare letters, notices, waivers, landlord-tenant correspondence.
• Track tenant litigation (bankruptcy, eviction, breach of contract).
• Draft and finalize tenant estoppels, SNDAs, waivers.
• Manage legal files, checklists, trackers, and KPIs.
• Provide responsive support to internal teams and tenants.

Qualifications :

• U.S. Attorney or Certified Paralegal; min. 5 years CRE legal experience.
• Bachelors degree (JD/Paralegal Certified preferred).
• Proficiency in MS Office; legal document management systems preferred.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Team player, proactive, adaptable; familiarity with Yardi a plus.
