Legal Analyst

As a Legal Analyst specializing in Litigation Management Systems, your role will involve managing and enhancing the Litigation Management System to ensure smooth handling of litigation, compliance, and arbitration workflows. You will be responsible for the following key tasks: - Managing and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Litigation Management System. - Conducting legal research, preparing reports, and supporting litigation processes using advanced legal technology tools. - Ensuring proper documentation, filing, and compliance with relevant legal and organizational standards. - Collaborating with legal teams, business stakeholders, and IT departments to streamline system usage. - Training and supporting team members on system functionalities and updates. - Monitoring deadlines and case progress, ensuring timely follow-ups. - Assisting in implementing ERP-based or customized legal management solutions. To qualify for this position, you should have: - A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or equivalent. - Preferred: Degree in Law (LLB) or higher legal qualifications. - Minimum 2+ years of proven experience in legal operations. - Experience in legal technology solutions, document management tools, or ERP-based legal management systems. - Knowledge of court procedures and arbitration processes is an added advantage. In addition to your education and experience, the following skills and competencies are required: - Strong analytical and research skills with attention to detail. - Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. - Ability to work both independently and in a team under strict deadlines. - Proficiency in legal research tools, document management systems, and Litigation Management Systems. - Additional certifications in legal technology or compliance are a plus.
