Key Responsibilities:

•Lead and manage the leasing strategy across all properties/projects.

•Identify and secure high-value tenants, anchor brands, and strategic partnerships.

•Negotiate lease terms, agreements, and renewals to optimize revenue and occupancy.

•Maintain strong relationships with tenants, brokers, and industry stakeholders.

•Analyze market trends to identify new opportunities and ensure competitive positioning.

•Guide and mentor the leasing team for consistent performance.

Requirements:

•Proven experience in leasing, business development, or real estate management.

•Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.

•Strategic mindset with a results-driven approach.
