Role & responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Planning

  • Develop & implement leasing strategies

    : United by goals like maximizing occupancy, optimizing tenant mix, and boosting rental revenue across portfolios such as retail, office, or mixed-use assets.
  • Market intelligence

    : Stay abreast of market trends and competitive developments to inform strategy and identify opportunities.

Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Lead and coach leasing teams

    : Guide performance, foster collaboration, and align efforts with broader organizational objectives.
  • Collaborate with other departments

    : Work closely with marketing, property management, design, finance, legal, and development teams to ensure cohesive delivery of leasing goals.

Tenant Acquisition & Relationship Management

  • Attract and retain tenants

  • Brokerage & external partnerships

Leasing Operations & Process Management

  • Handle lease documentation & compliance

    : Oversee drafting, negotiation, finalization, and execution of lease agreements, ensuring regulatory and company policy adherence.
  • Implement and manage systems

    : Use CRM, lease management, documentation, and reporting systems to track inquiries, performance, and occupancy.

Pre-leasing & Project Launch (When Relevant)

  • Manage project launch for new developments

  • Track leasing performance

Experience

  • 10 to 15+ years

    of experience in
