Job description GM Sales Role & responsibilities NEED CANDIDATES ONLY FROM REAL ESTATE BACKGROUND. 1. Leadership and Team Management: Leading and motivating the sales team: This includes setting goals, providing training, and coaching sales professionals to achieve their targets. Building a strong sales culture: Fostering a positive and productive environment that emphasizes performance, accountability, and customer focus. Managing the sales team: Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the sales department, including hiring, firing, and performance evaluations. 2. Sales Strategy and Execution: Developing and implementing sales strategies: This involves identifying market opportunities, creating sales plans, and setting sales targets. Driving revenue growth: Ensuring the company meets or exceeds its sales goals through effective strategies and tactics. Managing sales processes: Ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the sales department, including lead generation, qualification, and closing. 3. Sales Analysis and Reporting: Analyzing sales data: Monitoring sales performance, identifying trends, and evaluating the effectiveness of sales strategies. Providing sales forecasts and reports: Preparing accurate sales projections and reports to inform decision-making and track progress. Making data-driven recommendations: Using sales data to identify areas for improvement and recommend changes to sales strategies. 4. Client Relationships and Communication: Building and maintaining client relationships: Establishing and nurturing relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Negotiating and closing deals: Representing the company's interests and negotiating terms with clients. Communicating with customers and executive leadership: Providing updates on sales performance, communicating customer feedback, and collaborating with other departments. 5. Market Knowledge and Competitive Analysis: Monitoring market trends: Staying up-to-date on current market conditions, competitor activities, and emerging trends. Researching the market and competitors: Gathering information about the real estate market, including pricing, demographics, and competitor strategies. Identifying new sales opportunities: Looking for new markets, product lines, and opportunities to expand the company's reach.
