Job Description Lease Head Suma Shilp Capital IFSC Pvt. Ltd. | GIFT City, Gandhinagar Role Overview The Lease Head will drive the leasing strategy and tenant acquisition for GradeA commercial spaces in GIFT City, with strong focus on GCCs, BFSI institutions, Capital Markets firms, FinTech, and regulated financial entities. The role requires deep understanding of IFSC policies, regulatory norms, and global tenant requirement patterns. Key Responsibilities Execute targeted leasing strategy for GCC, BFSI, capital markets, insurance, and trading firms. Identify high-probability occupiers in India, Middle East, Singapore, and UK. ¢ Lead CXOlevel pitches, site visits, commercial negotiations, and closures. ¢ Coordinate with IFSCA & SEZ authorities to support tenant onboarding. ¢ Manage IPCs, brokers, BFSI advisors; activate partner channels. ¢ Maintain leasing pipeline, MIS, projections, and deal governance. ¢ Drive LOI and Agreement-for-Lease finalization with legal & finance. Key Deliverables ¢ Achieve annual leasing targets (sq.ft. + revenue). ¢ Build strong pipeline of GCC, BFSI & capital market occupiers. ¢ Secure high-value, long-term tenants for the GIFT tower. ¢ Strengthen relationships with authorities, consultants, and BFSI institutions. ¢ Maintain clean documentation and disciplined deal cycles. Qualifications & Experience ¢ 1020 years GradeA commercial leasing experience with BFSI/GCC focus. ¢ Strong knowledge of IFSC/GIFT City regulations. ¢ Proven success closing institutional leases (20,000200,000 sq.ft.). ¢ Excellent negotiation & CXOlevel communication skills. ¢ Experience working with IPCs (JLL, CBRE, Knight Frank, C&W) preferred.
