Leasing Head

As the Head of Leasing for our warehouse operations in Chennai, your role will involve developing and implementing a strategic warehouse leasing plan for Chennai and surrounding regions. You will be responsible for achieving occupancy and revenue targets for logistics parks and industrial assets. Your key responsibilities will include: - Developing and implementing a strategic warehouse leasing plan for Chennai and surrounding regions. - Achieving occupancy and revenue targets for logistics parks and industrial assets. - Continuously monitoring and analyzing market trends, competitor activity, and tenant movement. - Providing insights on rental benchmarks, demand-supply dynamics, and emerging micro-markets. - Building and maintaining relationships with key occupiers, logistics firms, 3PLs, e-commerce companies, and manufacturing firms. - Generating leads and converting prospects into long-term lease agreements. - Collaborating with property consultants and brokers to enhance deal flow. - Leading negotiations on leasing terms, commercials, and legal documentation. - Working closely with internal teams - legal, marketing, operations, and finance - to drive leasing outcomes. - Providing regular MIS, pipeline reports, and leasing forecasts to senior management.
