Leasing Consultant

Role Overview

The Surveyor will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and validating properties for leasing across retail, corporate office, commercial, and warehouse segments. The role involves market analysis, site measurements, documentation, vendor/landlord coordination, and supporting negotiations to ensure the company secures optimal locations aligned with operational and business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

1. Site Visits & Property Checking

•Visit locations to find suitable shops, offices, commercial buildings, and warehouses.

•Check size, location, condition, access, and surroundings of the site.

•Take measurements and note important details.

2. Documentation

•Prepare survey reports and site measurement drawings (if required).

•Collect and verify ownership papers and local approvals (if needed).

•Keep updated records of all surveyed sites.

3. Coordination

•Coordinate with brokers, landlords, and property owners.

•Arrange site visits for company team members.

•Share clear and correct site information with leasing/management team.

4. Market Knowledge

•Understand local market rates, demand, and upcoming projects.

•Compare different properties based on rent, size, and suitability.

5. Reporting

•Prepare weekly and monthly update reports.

•Maintain organized files and documentation.
